Hand made, carefully created one by one, with great skill and patience by artisans from the Northern coast of Ecuador, Esmeraldas Province. Designs have been conceived to ensure their beauty as well as their quality, however because of the hand made process, each piece is slightly different. The materials used to make these utensils are recycled, donated or gathered, available in different villages of the region, this practice supports efforts for the conservation of the mega diverse Ecuadorian Chocó Forest. This initiative helps support four families directly involve the production process.
